Opening a cafe in 2009

In September 2009 I opened Cafe Nicole's after spending weeks renovating the building. I have successfully run this business for 14 years and even winning Cafe of the Year in 2017. Since 2009 my team and I have maintained high standards throughout, having gained 5 star hygiene rating throughout the 14 years.
