Owner of CNJ Caterers Ltd, Cafe Nicole's & Sweet and Savoury Scones
Cafe Nicole's was established in 2009 by Nicola who nurtured this run down cafe in to an award winning cafe. In 2015 Cafe Nicole's was runner up in the peoples choice for 'Best Cafe of the Year' in the Leeds area voted for by readers of the Yorkshire Evening Post. In 2017 Cafe Nicole's won the award for 'Cafe of the Year'. Since 2009 Nicola and her team have kept high standards and grown in strength. Nicola has set CNJ Caterers Ltd up to run alongside Cafe Nicole's who will solely specialise in outside catering.
JO
MANAGER
Jo started working at Cafe Nicole's in 2018 as head Cook and has helped run Cafe Nicole's ever since, becoming Manager in 2022. Jo now runs the Cafe completely, managing the menu daily, managing staff, organising orders/wholesalers
Lauren
Manager of front of house & Baker
Lauren has 10 years experience working in the hospitality industry but started working at Cafe Nicole's in June 2021. Lauren runs front of house and has become a well established Baker. Lauren not only bakes for the counter in Cafe Nicole's but also provides her freshly baked cakes for CNJ Caterers ltd and Cake boxes for Customer orders.
